Ladies Luncheon at the Islamic House of Wisdom a Success!
Last Friday, May 16, 2014: Islamic House of Wisdom held a ladies Luncheon with Guest speaker: Dr. Mona Fakih and Co-Presenter, Hajji Dr. Vicki Ashker. In an open discussion for the ladies, Dr. Fakih focused on a range of women's health topics. At the end, she was available to advise and answer all health questions for the participants. Hajja Vicki thanked everyone for attending and added some brief comments on the activities, primarily for the ladies that the IHW offers. Following the program, there was a complementary lunch available to all.
