Located in the heart of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights, Islamic House of Wisdom is a unique location for all occasions!

Available for weddings, engagements, religious lectures, conferences, formal and informal dinners, award ceremonies, funeral and memorial services, youth gatherings, meetings, theater plays, and for whatever our facility may accommodate you.

Availability

The Islamic House of Wisdom is open 7 days a week. For events of all kinds, occasions and rentals, and is available at whatever desired time is needed.

Capacity

Islamic House of Wisdom can accommodate more than 1,500 at the same time. We feature an Auditorium Seating on the first floor and balcony, Reception Hall, Masjid Al-Noor, and flexible parking on both sides of the building.

Accessibility

Islamic House of Wisdom is fully wheelchair accessible in both the North and South entrances and as well within all locations of the building.

Facility Rental Donation

The Islamic House of Wisdom does not wish to put a financial burden on anyone interested in using our facility. Rental donations are based on a few factors including staffing needs, production and utility needs in order to preserve the long life and quality of the building which was established by the community, for the community.

Optional Equipment

Use of additional equipment will be assessed at the time of your rental inquiry. The following equipment is available for your special event:

  • Stage: A full stage is available in the auditorium.

  • Sound System: Our sound system is designed specifically for our building. It is capable of broadcasting sound throughout the building and also in specific areas of the mosque to accommodate multiple events at one time.

  • Large Projection Screen located in the auditorium: A quiet controlled screen, mounted from ceiling is available to be used with any projector.

  • Accessories: Podium, tables, and chairs can be added in any location of the building to assist with specific needs of every gathering
