A Tragic Death that Hurt everyone’s Heart!
Since the disastrous departure of a member of our community, late Rabih Talal Othman, Imam Elahi was looking for the first opportunity to go to their house and express his deep sadness and solidarity with his family.
Imam Elahi was impressed with patience of Rabih’s father, Ostad Talal (AbuAli) Othman and his brothers Ali, Mahmoud and Osama! Looking at Maryam, the Rabih little innocent daughter really hurt my heart.
The things that inspired me the most were the faith, sincerity, patience and good spirit of this suffering family.
Imam Elahi thanked hajj Haidar Ouza for coordinating this blessing visitation.
Before saying goodbye, Imam shared a beautiful hadith from Imam Sajjad (SA) about God’s rewards for the patient!
جزاء الصابرين
رُوي عن الإمام علي بن الحسين زين العابدين ( عليه السَّلام ) أنه قال :
"إِذَا جَمَعَ اللَّهُ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَ الْآخِرِينَ يُنَادِي مُنَادٍ أَيْنَ الصَّابِرُونَ لِيَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ!
قَالَ: فَيَقُومُ عُنُقٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَتَتَلَقَّاهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ.
فَيَقُولُونَ: إِلَى أَيْنَ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ؟
فَيَقُولُونَ: إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ.
فَيَقُولُونَ: وَ قَبْلَ الْحِسَابِ!
فَقَالُوا: نَعَمْ.
قَالُوا: وَ مَنْ أَنْتُمْ؟!
قَالُوا: الصَّابِرُونَ.
قَالُوا: وَ مَا كَانَ صَبْرُكُمْ؟
قَالُوا: صَبَرْنَا عَلَى طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ، وَ صَبَرْنَا عَنْ مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ حَتَّى تَوَفَّانَا اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ
.قَالُوا: أَنْتُمْ كَمَا قُلْتُمْ، ادْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ فَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ الْعامِلِينَ"
