8/1718: Visiting my First Seminar School in Esfahan last Monday!
Visiting my First Seminary School in Esfahan last Monday!
It was an extremely emotional visitation and meeting!
I started my studies in Zolfawar seminary in the beautiful city of Esfahan right after completing my elementary school almost 50 years ago!
Later, I moved to Tehran and finally to the US and had not seen the Zolfaqar seminary and it’s teachers since then!
It was sad to realize that the founder of Zolfaqar seminary, Auatollah Sayed Hassan Imami already left this world and out of 40 teachers of the seminary who kindly welcomed me in the school, I knew just a few of my old teachers or old fellow students!
I shared some of our Dawah work experiences and IHW's interfaith Journey and answered some questions in meeting with the teachers of the seminary!
Talking about my old memories of the seminary, I couldn’t control my tears once in a while during our conversation!
It was a great rewarding and humbling experience and I was grateful to God and the school teachers and leaders for providing me such an exiting opportunity!
I wish we could get visa's for some of these great schoolers to join us and share their knowledge and wisdom with the thirsty of truth in our society!
Inshallah, in Today's Friday prayer, I will mention about my recent trip to Lebanon, the land of love and Iran the land of Imam Ali Ibn Musa Al-Ridha (as).
