Interfaith March of solidarity with the victims of racism, discrimination and injustice in Detroit!

Imam Elahi addressed the gathering and expressed sympathy and support not only for George Floyd’s family but thousands of victims of brutality and racism in our nation.

This is the heartbreaking story of cruelty of every day and every place in America.

This is not only about Floyd and his criminal killer Derek Chauvin anymore, it’s about a new American revolution against racism, oppression, hypocrisy and selfishness.

It was 57 years since MLK made that historic lecture of “I have a dream” 57 years are enough for America to wake up and judge people based on their character not color!

No one should forget the suffering, sacrifice and services of African American in building this country!

Their contributions should be rewarded not ignored and abused!

It’s not enough to take photo with the Bible or the Quran but to practice them!

Those who talk Jesus better to walk Jesus as well!

Imam Elahi concluded the only way to cure the virus of racism is to continue this national conversation peacefully, and free of violence.
