Happy month of Rajab to all righteous Rajabioun!
Rajab is a sacred month of peace and prayer!
It’s a month of faith, fighting is forbidden in this month:
Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) used to make these two prayer in the beginning of this month of Rajab!
اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَیْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَ الْإِیمَانِ وَ السَّلامَةِ وَ الْإِسْلامِ رَبِّى وَ رَبُّکَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ
اَللّهُمَّ بارِکْ لَنا فى رَجَب وَشَعْبانَ، وَبَلِّغْنا شَهْرَ رَمَضانَ، وَاَعِنّا عَلَى الصِّیامِ وَالْقِیامِ، وَحِفْظِ اللِّسانِ، وَغَضِّ الْبَصَرِ، وَلا تَجْعَلْ حَظَّنا مِنْهُ الْجُوعَ وَالْعَطَشَ
O Lord with the beginning of this month, bless us with the blessings of faith, peace and health!
O Lord through Rajab and Shaban, prepare us for the holy month of Ramadan, so we would pass the test of fasting, standing for prayer, and controlling our tongues and eyes!
Let’s fast at least every Thursday during this holy month and meet at IHW for our evening prayer, Komail supplication and potluck iftar!
Based on some traditions the first Thursday of Rajab is lailatoraghaeb! ليلة الرغائب when the prayers are answered!
Also this doua of imam Sajjad (sa) is recommended for every day of this month
«یَا مَنْ یَمْلِکُ حَوَائِجَ السَّائِلِینَ وَ یَعْلَمُ ضَمِیرَ الصَّامِتِینَ لِکُلِّ مَسْأَلَةٍ مِنْکَ سَمْعٌ حَاضِرٌ وَ جَوَابٌ عَتِیدٌ اللَّهُمَّ وَ مَوَاعِیدُکَ الصَّادِقَةُ وَ أَیَادِیکَ الْفَاضِلَةُ وَ رَحْمَتُکَ الْوَاسِعَةُ فَأَسْأَلُکَ أَنْ تُصَلِّىَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَنْ تَقْضِىَ حَوَائِجِى لِلدُّنْیَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ إِنَّکَ عَلَى کُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِیرٌ.»
