It was April 6, 2020 that hajja Fatima Rezayat passed away. Covid 19 was becoming global and international traveling was getting harder.

I had visited my mother a few months before her death, yet not there at the time of her departure.

This is why last Thursday was an emotional and heartbreaking day when I visited the grave of my mom at the Rezwan cemetery in Esfahan for the first time.

This is a lesson for all children, not to take the life and presence of your parents for granted!
