Informative visitation and meeting at IHW

Dr. Russell Kavalhuna, the president of Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, along with Dr. Sam Beydoun of the College, visited IHW and had a meeting with Imam Elahi.

Dr. Russell presented a comprehensive report on the educational services provided by Dearborn Community College to our young generations. This encompasses offering free college education to thousands of high school students in Dearborn.

He urged the community to vote affirmatively for the Millage Proposal, emphasizing that this support is crucial for the college to remain independent and robust, ensuring the continuation of its services to the youth in our community.

The college president underscored that saying yes to the Millage Proposal will not result in any increase in taxes; the tax amount will remain unchanged.

Imam Elahi appreciated the leadership, hard work, and services of Dr. Kavalhuna and his staff and professors at HFCC.
